We are very lucky to have really lovely neighbors in our wing of the Ivy Building.  Right next door to us are Tomas & Katherine Flescher, husband and wife acupuncturists! 

They run 3 Treasures Community Acupuncture Clinic.  Community acupuncture is unique in that it is set up so that many people are being treated at once, reducing the per-visit cost, and also making for a very powerful room full o’ qi!  Julie likes to say they have “like 30 Lazy Boys in there” but really they have about 12.  You walk in (quietly) and there are all these people, lounging in big chairs, napping with needles in their arms and legs and heads!  Tiny needles, hair-like needles, so don’t worry. 

Tomas & Katherine are great people and great acupuncturists.  They also (go figure) are parents to two great children, who love Skye, the official dog of Chakra Khan—what more could you ask for in your next door neighbors? ;)
